The system offers four interchangeable package enhancement operation modes: coating, laminating, cold-foil transfer and "Cast and Cure," a decorative coating process that offers consistent high-quality decorative effects that includes ultra high gloss, matte and holographic images on a variety of substrates, and can provide anti-counterfeiting features. The Cast and Cure low cost and environmentally friendly process uses a reusable film to micro emboss decorative effects into the surface of energy curable varnishes.
