The BroadBeam EB 4-In-1 converting line (developed by PCT Engineered Systems in collaboration with Breit Technologies LLC) produces attractive, powerfully designed packaging that can influence buying decisions, sway customer loyalty and enhance brand credibility. The system offers four interchangeable package enhancement operation modes: coating, laminating, cold-foil transfer and "Cast and Cure," a decorative coating process that offers consistent high-quality decorative effects that includes ultra high gloss, matte and holographic images on a variety of substrates, and can provide anti-counterfeiting features. The Cast and Cure low cost and environmentally friendly process uses a reusable film to micro emboss decorative effects into the surface of energy curable varnishes.
