Skin-care line uses airless dispensing

Mama Mio, a manufacturer of high-end, all-natural skin and facial care products, has seen demand for its wares grow in recent years. With that increase in sales, according to operations manager Dee Manfra, comes a desire to implement process and quality improvements.

"Our brand is growing quickly, and along with this growth comes the need for supply chain efficiencies affording us speed to market and 100-percent customer satisfaction," Manfra says.

To help meet those goals, the California-based brand selected Mega Airless dispensers from Megaplast for its new high-protein personal care formulations. The new products feature the Mega Airless Micro Round dispensers in 15-mL, 30-mL and 50-mL sizes, and the Macro Slim airless dispenser in the 100-mL version. The first SKUs using the airless dispensers include Love Your Life Lines Deep Line Reducer, Nexercise Neck and Jawline Concentrate, Mighty Moisture Day & Night Moisturizer and Eye Know Moisturizing Eye Serum.
