The new iSys tray denester offers pick motion with the capability of either sidewall and/or straight-line motion. Running at speeds up to 45 cycles/min, per lane, iSys denesters handle most plastic, paperboard and pressware trays that are used in both wet and dry applications in the packaging markets. The machine can also handle clamshells, tubs, bowls and plates. Washdown construction is available, if needed. The iSys comes with a standard air cylinder drive package, which can be upgraded via a range of drive systems/interface to other equipment on a line to meet each end user's specific needs.
