Dirty Jobs Complete cleaner in Ropak container

Dirty Jobs Complete cleaner in Ropak containerAs host of the Discovery Channel's Dirty Jobs, Mike Rowe gets seriously grimed up every week as he gives audiences a glimpse of the hard work required to perform some of the toughest jobs around. Adam Lerner watched the show and saw a moneymaking opportunity. He founded My Dirty Jobs LLC, the company behind Dirty Jobs Complete cleaner. The product is formulated with a high concentration of oxygen-powered enzymes to tackle and eliminate even the toughest dirt.

Because the product is associated with a high-profile TV personality, the packaging needed to have star quality. The team at My Dirty Jobs set out to design and construct a sustainable, reusable package with shelf appeal. Lerner and company partnered with Ropak Packaging for a state-of-the-art pack that aligned with its objectives.

"Ropak Packaging's modern, original packaging concept fulfilled our requirements for suitability, convenience and sustainability for the product and our customers," says Lerner, president and co-founder of My Dirty Jobs. He adds, "Customer feedback has been exceptional in regards to ease of use and the ability to refill the product in the rugged reinforced pitcher."

The polypropylene container (featuring Rowe's ruggedly handsome mug) features Ropak's Diamond Weave, a lattice pattern on the internal surface of the pitcher, to increase its structural strength. The design feature allows for a significant reduction in the resin quantity needed, while retaining the stack strength performance of a non-diamond container. According to Ropak, the Diamond Weave helps cut container weight by as much as 35 percent, and reduces greenhouse gases by up to 43 percent.

The Dirty Jobs Complete cleaner is sold online at, and at Walmart and Lowe's retail locations.
