Eight-sided corrugated case

Eye-catching eight-sided corrugated case, dubbed the Meta-8, uses up to 17 percent less fiber with equal stacking strength or up to 18 percent more stacking strength with 5.7 percent less fiber. Formed on Meta Systems equipment, the retail-ready cases or trays offer graphic-intense brand and messaging opportunities on the sides of the boxes, enhancing product differentiation and visibility in stores. The recyclable containers tested at 1,223 pounds compression strength for an 18 x 12 x 10-inch case (inside dimensions). With potential for materials savings, the Meta-8 might also help improve a product's Sustainability Scorecard rating. Suitable for produce, poultry and other protein products.
