EvoLite_D1360_068_sized for webThe Evolite packer comprises a container infeed module and a container strapping module. The strapping system has an efficient motor specifically matched to the movements and acceleration functions in the machine; reduced power consumption, due to optimized motor dimensioning for minimizing power consumption; standby circuits designed to minimize heat losses at the welding tongues; reduced compressed-air consumption, due to an optimized piping configuration and use of the best possible cross-sectional areas; lifetime-lubricated bearings; and a specialized brush technology for lubricating conveyor chains.

Containers enter the system divided into two continuous lane flows, then are united by four strapping untis into LitePac bundles. This bundling type is designed to address the market trends for the secondary packaging of PET containers of eco-compatibility, resource-economy, reduced energy consumption and cost savings.
