You can benefit from the nationwide infrastructure Walmart is building with organics recycler Denali. As we reported already in early August, Walmart is recovering food waste from about 85% of its Walmart and Sam’s Club locations by the end of this year and expects that to be 100% sometime next year. The expired or damaged food is automatically removed from its packages and repurposed into useful products like biosolids, compost, and animal feed, or converted into energy.
