Reynolds Group Holdings Limited to acquire Reynolds Food and Flexible Packaging group of companies
On September 1, 2010, Reynolds Group Holdings Limited acquired the Reynolds Food and Flexible Packaging group of companies from Reynolds Packaging (NZ) Limited, a New Zealand company which is ultimately owned by the owner of the RGHL, Mr. Graeme Hart. The consideration for the acquisition was approximately US$300 million subject to adjustments in certain circumstances. The consideration was financed from the existing cash reserves of the RGHL group of companies.

PrePak acquires TestPak Packaging and Logistics Company
PrePak Holdings Inc. announced it has successfully acquired TestPak, a health care supply chain company in Whippany, N.J. PrePak Holdings, a group of companies focused on contract manufacturing and packaging, completed the transaction on Aug. 31. TestPak is a contract packaging company and health care supply chain solution provider focused on pharmaceuticals. TestPak, founded in 1983, offers a wide range of contract packaging, development and logistics services to clients in the pharmaceutical, nutritional and consumer products industries.
