The HexaPack product line is an environmentally friendly and cost-effective packaging alternative to wood crates that delivers superior strength, cushioning and blocking/bracing capabilities, the co. states. The co. created a box liner of SFI-certified Hexacomb, an all-natural, custom-made kraft paper with water-based adhesives. The liner uses core #1, 64-psi and 90-lb laminated chipboard. Core sizes range from one to five with one being the strongest (smallest cells) and five being the softest (largest cells). These products are available in more than 100 stock sizes, are customizable and can hold up to 8,500 lbs.
