A phthalate-free thermoplastic elastomer is introduced as Versaflex™ CL E95, part of the co.'s TPE line. Said to address recent regulations limiting phthalate-based plasticizers as well as market demands for low extractable TPEs, the plasticizer-free elastomer offers clarity while being suited for a variety of extruded tubing and films, blow-molded bags and other containers.The elastomer is also autoclavable and gamma-radiation stable, the co. notes.
