The SIMPL-TRACK®, a new clamshell-loading workstation, includes a denester, adjustable tracks, a top coater, robotics, a pneumatic closing device, a pressure-closing roller and a drop-off to a clamshell-sealing tunnel. The Simpl-Seal® UV system is reportedly cited for its speed, simplicity and lack of expensive tooling.
