New IntegraShield(R) film is designed to replace paperboard to modernize blister-packs. Offering weld-seal technology compatible with polyester trays and blisters, the film features improved graphic reproduction, pilfer-resistance, environmental impact, productivity and more. Its fusion-seal lidding technology is compatible with various grades of PET RPET, APET and PETG materials for high-end thermoformed blisters. With a premium appearance and heat sealability on existing equipment, it can replace paperboard in blister-packs for household, office and personal-care products like electronic accessories, ink cartridges and razors, the co. states. Suitable for use on in-line f/f/s and pre-made package operations, it offers product visibility. It can also be reverse-printed and includes options such as metallized or holographic materials.
