Jeff Meyers is Sr. Principal Engineer at Eli Lilly and Co. He received his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Purdue University in 2003. Meyers has 25 years in the pharmaceutical industry, beginning his career as a process engineer in commercial manufacturing overseeing filling, compression, and coating processes for oral products. The past eight years he has been part of the packaging development group for early phase molecules, qualifying primary packaging components for clinical trial and eventually commercial use. He is responsible for ensuring packaging components maintain regulatory compliance through the life of the component.
