Aseptic filler

Designed for dairy products and other liquids, the updated Tetra Therm Aseptic Flex filler offers improvements that help increase operating efficiency, reduce cost and minimize environmental impact. For example, the IntelliCIP 2.0 sensor monitors the system and performs clean-in-place (CIP) sanitizing based on need rather than at pre-set times, which significantly increases production up-time. The phases of pre-sterilization (when the aseptic area is being sterilized) and hibernation (when the operation is paused) have also been improved: The system is now able to bypass and stop the homogenizer and deaerator. This helps extend the life of the homogenizer's piston seal by up to 3x during pre-sterilization and reduces energy and water consumption by 80 percent during hibernation.
