Aagard Maksimal HFFS

The Maksimal Series horizontal form/fill/seal machines can successfully run lower-cost thin-gauge films because the film is transported at a lower, continuous rate while laying flat during sealing. Independent sealing stations also allow for less-stringent material print requirements than typical HFFS systems. Maksimal systems are able to run difficult-to-fill products, with funnels that travel with the pouches so there is significantly more time to get the product into the pouch than on single-point fill machines. Continuous-motion through forming, filling and sealing creates packages at high speeds. A modular design and machine control make the system easy to service and reconfigure.
