Mobile bag-in-box line

The co. claims it has launched the first mobile bag-in-box packaging line for wine and spirits in the U.S. By using a production line in a trailer truck, wineries and spirit companies can gain the flexibility to quickly try new packaging ideas without having to make a significant capital investment in new bottling lines or change parts. As part of the cost-effective packaging service, the co. measures and records up to 28 quality checks per hour throughout the bottling of a product. The new bag-in-box capability expands the co.'s existing mobile bottling service for wine and spirits, which also handles glass and PET bottles.
