Rotary encoder

The S2E Rotary BML rotary encoder is designed for conveyor control, machine position and rotational applications. Consisting of a magnetically encoded ring and a noncontact sensor head, the device tracks and monitors continuous or oscillating rotary shaft motion. A quadrature output of 46,000 pulses/revolution provides positioning accuracy to the nearest 0.1 deg. An available mounting hub lets its magnet ring be adapted to a wide range of applications using hollow shaft mounting techniques.
