The robag FXIS 3ci vertical form/fill/seal rotary polyethylene packaging system runs at speeds of up to 150 bpm. The rotary jaw design uses advanced impulse sealing technology to deliver high quality, consistent packaging with high levels of accuracy. Product waste is reduced by optimizing product transfer from the multi-head scale through to the jaws, and the rotary double flat jaw configuration doubles the throughput in comparison to the standard single-jaw packaging systems. The system offers a simplified film system for effortless film threading and stainless steel construction for ease of cleaning. No mechanical adjustments are necessary when changing product or film for a range of applications and bag sizes.
