The researchers at Mintel are always amazed at the many new methods of presenting confections to children, and Alien Giant Roller Liquid Candy is no exception.
Alien Sweets and Confectionery in South Africa has used a giant "roll-on" pack to enable the user to roll liquid candy onto his or her tongue.
The package is extrusion blow molded in HDPE and measures a lengthy 9 in. An injection molded PP screw-on cap acts as a closure.
A full flexo-printed shrink sleeve covers the entire length of the body of this package.
This liquid candy is retailed in a 125-mL pack featuring a plastic roller ball at the end that is used to roll the product onto the tongue. Because the package is made from HDPE, it can be squeezed to get more product out quickly. There are four flavor varieties for this tall treat: apple, blue raspberry, strawberry and grape.
