The QMAX 1000 cartoner offers a range of standard features, including a smooth, dual-head rotary feeder with an upstream magazine. The magazine offers an opposing-vacuum carton-opening system for difficult-to-open cartons. The cartoner also provides a multipitch capability and rapid, 3D changeover, and features a quick-change length system. Allen-Bradley controls and Nordson Pro-Blue hot-melt applicators are standard.
