Pearson Packaging Systems announced that it has signed an agreement finalizing the acquisition of Goodman Packaging Equipment, a Chicago-area based producer of top loading case packers.
The newly formed company will be led by Michael A. Senske, President and CEO of Pearson Packaging Systems and will operate out of Spokane, Washington under the Pearson Packaging Systems name, effective immediately. Pearson Packaging Systems will retain engineering, service, and sales support in the Chicago area.

Senske. "Our goal is to provide the myriad of industries that we serve such as food, beverage, pharmaceutical, consumer durable goods, and personal care with end of line systems that are truly integrated. By acquiring Goodman Packaging Equipment, we expand our ability to give customers a well rounded product offering for their secondary packaging operations."
