Pearson Acquires Goodman Packaging Equipment

Pearson Packaging Systems announced that it has signed an agreement finalizing the acquisition of Goodman Packaging Equipment, a Chicago-area based producer of top loading case packers.
The newly formed company will be led by Michael A. Senske, President and CEO of Pearson Packaging Systems and will operate out of Spokane, Washington under the Pearson Packaging Systems name, effective immediately. Pearson Packaging Systems will retain engineering, service, and sales support in the Chicago area.
