Machinery coating

NEDOX® coating can be applied to metal production machinery to prevent residue buildup on parts used in adhesive formulating, label printing, tape manufacturing and converting. Production downtime for equipment dismantling and cleaning is eliminated. Application of NEDOX can also impart a hardness of up to Rc 65 for improved wear-resistance. A wide variety of metal parts are said to benefit, including peeler bars, rolls, forming collars and fill tubes, and the coating meets USDA/FDA/NSF and AgriCanada codes.
