Food trends from here and there and everywhere compiles its end-of-year "Trends in Food Trends" report, which presents a selection of predicted food trends for 2011 from food, research and packaging experts from around the world.


Almost a dozen articles provide an overview of what to expect for the coming year in foods and beverages for retail as well as for foodservice and restaurants. PotatoPro also compares these trends with those forecasted in 2009 for this year, along with a short take on the quality of those predictions.
