Narrow-belt conveyor

The NBC narrow-belt conveyor is a belt-driven, live-roller system configurable to a zero-pressure contact accumulation, noncontact accumulation and transportation conveyor using all the same frame and drive components. The NBC conveyor's zero-pressure, gentle contact accumulation allows even empty boxes to be densely packed with a light touch of box-to-box. The technology also excels at dense packing of small and diverse products with zero-line pressure on both curves and straight beds, the co. says. With a high level of flexibility, the conveyor also features true-taper rollers with close-pack roller centers and direct drive belts with 97-percent-efficient gear motors.
