Nestlé inaugurates The Chocolate Centre of Excellence

Nestlé S.A. says its new Chocolate Centre of Excellence will bring together internal and external know-how of international chocolate-making professionals such as top chocolatiers, sensory experts and packaging designers, to create the world’s finest and most innovative chocolate products. The Chocolate Centre of Excellence is part of Nestlé’s global R&D network and is linked to Nestlé’s research projects on chocolate and cocoa.
The company hosted an online press conference and inauguration ceremony on Sept. 7, that was broadcast live in English,French and German. Paul Bulcke, CEO of Nestlé S.A., Werner Bauer, executive vp and chief technology officer, Nestlé S.A., and Petraea Heynike, executive vp, Nestlé S.A. presided over the ceremony and conference.
