The in-feed bottle stop is an air-actuated gate that stops bottles from entering an inactive sealing area when the machine is in a stop mode, or the power is turned off, eliminating the risk of an unsealed product getting through production lines. The mechanism actuates a 5-in. stroke cylinder that blocks the passage of bottles under the sealing head. The infeed gate works in conjunction with the induction sealer's built-in Loss of Seal alarm.
