RCDSecure is a new device designed to address authenticity and security challenges for customers using RFID labels. The co.'s proprietary solution deactivates any RFID tag when an attempt is made to remove the label, positioning the product as a way to address counterfeiting and authenticity verification. RCDSecure is a direct result of the co.'s patented antenna-fabrication process, which the co. says allows for rapid prototyping in sheet or roll form in high volumes; custom-size inlays and nonstandard shapes; a uniform thickness of copper, resulting in a higher-quality tag; and rapid delivery of finished product.
