Real estate is expensive, so every square foot of space on your manufacturing floor counts. To help maximize space, a new form-fill-seal machine packs a punch in a small footprint.

The V12Si vertical form, fill, seal machine from Circle Packaging Machinery can be used for liquid, powder, and granulated products. At just 5.5 ft. x 6.5 ft., this compact machine saves space on crowded manufacturing floors.

Additional benefits of the machine include a stainless-steel construction, enabling easy washdown, and ready access to the seal head side and cross seal systems. The V12Si also features Allen-Bradley controls, swing-arm-mounted components for convenient adjustment and servicing, and surface-driven film unwind and accurate film tracking from side to side.
