Pre-zippered rollstock

The Pour & Lok™ resealable packaging is now available in pre-zippered rollstock for f/f/s applications. The packaging is a side-gusseted, reclosable structure with a press-to-close zipper located in the side gusset. Once the top of the package is opened, the gusset can be pulled away to form a pour spout. The zipper can also be extended beyond the gusset and into the body of the bag to make a larger opening, which allows easy scooping or pouring of the product. The specially designed foldable zipper can then close the bag while the spout remains in the extended position. The reclosable packaging can be pre-applied to roll stock used in f/f/s machinery or can be used in conjunction with pouchmaking machinery for premade pouches with reclosability.
