Bowl/lid assembly

A bowl and lid assembly system built by the co. consists of two dual-lane reciprocating vacuum placers and a stainless steel indexing platen conveyor. Bowls are placed on the flighted conveyor, hand-loaded with food product and closed with lids. To accommodate hand loading, the system operates at 20 cycles/min, which amounts to 40 bowls/min.
