Health & Beauty America will bring together professionals from the health and beauty aids market at the end of this month in New York City. More than 500 exhibitors will be showing their products–including packaging for the HBA marketplace. This year, HBA has entered into an unprecedented cooperative agreement with the Cosmetic, Toiletry & Fragrance Assn. to jointly launch the Personal Care Ingredients & Technology Expo, running concurrently with HBA at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center.

The winners of the 4th Annual International Package Design Awards will be announced during the show. A new section of the show will be devoted to new products from Europe.

Susan Arnold, president of global personal beauty and global feminine care for Procter & Gamble, will deliver the keynote address on the opening morning of the show.

The Packaging Conference comprises three sessions: Adding Value Through Great–Maybe Daring–Design; Labeling and Decorating–Putting the Right Face on Your Product; and Prestige Packaging Within Your Budget. Full conference registration costs $350, which includes admission to the exhibits. Any three seminars are $250, and one is $125. Registration for the expo-only is complimentary for advance registrants but $55 on-site. For further information, contact the show organizers, CMP Princeton, at 972/620-3018, or visit www.hbaexpo.com. Circle No. 400.

During the show, Packaging Digest will be distributing an HBA supplement from its booth, 109.
