Per usual, I am a little late to the party, but what’s that saying? “Better late than never?” Or, is it, “Fashionably late?” I wouldn’t necessarily call myself fashionable, so will go with the prior in terms of my 2024 predictions for packaging automation and manufacturing.

January 2024 felt like a year, and now that we’re through the first quarter, I am interested to see what the rest of the year will look like for packaging manufacturing. Especially with all the buzz around:

• Machinery and Automation

• Cybersecurity

• Worker Skill Level

• Digitization

• Robotics

• Sustainability

From cutting-edge machinery to enhanced cybersecurity measures, and from upskilling workers to embracing sustainability, the landscape seems to be set for innovation and progress.
