Bottle rinser

The company has redesigned its rotary rinsers for 2011 to reduce the rinsers' consumables. This redesign has resulted in a 50 percent consumables reduction versus 2010 and a 65 percent reduction versus older models, the company claims. The on/off valve has been eliminated on the rinsers so it will not need to be rebuilt. In place of the on/off valve, the size and effectiveness of the collection pan has been increased. This pan is able to drain rinsing fluids to the optional built-in rinse recovery system to filter and reuse, saving up to 98.5 percent of fluid.
