The IMA Ilapak Vegatronic 6000 DZ continuous film motion vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) machine emphasizes flexibility. The equipment can be used to produce quad-seal bags, up to 120 ppm; pillow bags, up to 200 ppm; and doy packs with or without a reclosable zipper.
The machine features fully automatic changeover, including adjustment of the longitudinal sealing system, with minimal changeover time. A sliding frame enables easy access for maintenance.
Product applications include snacks, biscuits, cheese/dairy, chocolate and confections, and pet food.
