Powered conveyor The co.’s new powered conveyor includes “live” shafts that support conveyed loads and provide motive power. Mounted on precision bearings, conveyor sub-shafts are teamed with a variety of carrying elements with no exposed belts, chains or motors, and all power transmission elements are within the conveyor’s side rails. Each drive cartridge is fitted with a ball bearing and drive sheave and may be fitted with a slip-clutch.
