This slitting and inspection machine, two in one, offers versatility to the pharmaceutical industry, because it reduces production line changes and increases space utilization, says the company. The KSI ProCombie handles materials such as unsupported film structures and self adhesive label stock, with a performance of up to 300 meters per minute. The ProCombia was design with the Smart Label Counter Management System that uses advance technology for precise label count, multi-lane missing label detection; matrix remains detections and automatic fault positioning/management system. It comes with a separate stand for vision system installation, and it has the option to install a web guide system and mechanical device for swing table for vision system requirements.
