Tank-less filler/capper
The FC Exoskeleton tank-less filler/capper has an outer shell that supports all machine components and is surrounded by two large sliding doors. This provides total visibility of a product's circulation and puts all major components at eye level. The system tolerates head pressure variations so a filling tank is no longer required. The simplified product circuit is limited to a minimum manifold which minimizes product waste at the end of a production cycle, as well as water needed for cleaning. The Dynaflow system automatically adjusts the opening position of each filling nozzle according to the targeted weight set from the production console. The FC Exoskeleton runs containers from 50 mL to 9 liters at speeds up to 990 containers per minute.
