Vertical bagger
The XPdius Elite series of vertical f/f/s baggers was designed specifically to address customer issues of cleanability, accessibility and serviceability, as well as to offer high levels of productivity by running at speeds up to 100 packs per min. Numerous features provide benefits to operators and maintenance staff alike. Ergonomically designed, the XPdius Elite baggers open on both sides, providing effortless access to inside components so working space is significantly increased. Threading the bagger is fast and easy. Features such as tool-less quick removal of change parts and an articulating control panel that can be positioned in numerous directions significantly reduces changeover and servicing time. Jaws are also more accessible and the design reduces the area for product to collect, making cleaning easier and quicker.
