Gradient cooler

The co. releases a gradient cooler to provide cooling for hot items as they are transported along the line. The unit provides 130 cu ft/min of ambient air flow parallel to the belt travel for superior stress-relieved cooling. Hot items are moved toward the cooling unit where they are bathed in a stream of air that gradually cools them to room temperature. Benefits of the gradient system include consistent gradual cooling, simple setup, versatile mounting and low power consumption, and it is available with belt widths from 12 to 24 in.
