The co.'s V8 Cruzer twin-tube and the twin-tube bag-in-a-bag coffee-filter packaging system features a “Slack and Track” dynamic film-tensioning and tracking system. Its small footprint enables the replacement of single-tube machines, and it doubles output without the need for additional floorspace or expanded infeed systems. Features include independent or synchronized operation and pneumatic (servo optional) toggle heat-sealing assemblies. The machine can be set up for standard “back-seal” or “side-seal” pillow pouches.
