Hot-fill lines

Article-Hot-fill lines

The co.'s hot-fill lines accommodate a variety of food and bakery products such as soups, sauces, stew, cheese and peanut butter, as well as nonfood applications like cosmetics and grease. The lines feature heated filling machines to maintain the proper fill temperature. Heat options include insulated hoppers, jacketed and insulated hoppers that accept plant-supplied hot water and self-contained hot-oil heating systems with multi-zone control to heat the entire filling flow path. The self-contained systems can maintain plus or minus one degree at temperatures up to 210 deg F.
