Barrier films

These structures are fully biodegradable and compostable to meet the market's increasing demand for environmentally responsible packaging, the co. states. A silicon-oxide nanocoating combines high barrier protection against oxygen, water vapor and other gases with superior optical clarity and high gloss, the co. says.
