Diamant Art Corporation has announced that through its wholly owned subsidiary, Bio-Plastics Film Inc., the Company has received the official notification that the Canadian Food Inspection Agency has granted Non-Objection status to its food cling film products. This designation means that Diamant's cling film has been tested and found safe to be utilized in food applications.

The anticipated letter from CFIA has been received, and will enable the Company to continue opening doors to those prospective clients that are involved in the food industry.

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency is mandated to safeguard Canada's food supply and the plants and animals upon which safe and high-quality food depends. It's the Canadian regulatory agency whose chief purpose is equivalent to that of the Food and Drug Administration in the United States.
