Brady Corp. announces divestiture of its global Teklynx software business

Brady Corp, has sold its Teklynx a barcode labeling software business. Teklynx has annual revenues of approximately $10 million, is headquartered in Auch, France.

Specialty Coffee Assn of America to hold annual expo in Texas

Fraser completes the sale of its New Hampshire paper mill
Fraser Papers Inc. has completed the sale of its paper mill in Gorham, New Hampshire on December 16, 2010, to a subsidiary of Counsel RB Capital, LLC. Fraser Papers remains under creditor protection pursuant to the provisions of the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act ("CCAA"), with its stay of proceedings having been extended by the court to February 28, 2011.
