Monogram Foods Buys Facility to Expand Operations

The company acquired a manufacturing plant in Dickson, TN to boost its capacity for packaged sandwiches.

Packaged food products manufacturer Monogram Foods recently purchased a manufacturing plant in Dickson, TN that will expand its capacity for packaged sandwiches, a company release announced Thursday. The location will become one of 11 production locations operated by the firm across the country.

“We are excited to open our 11th facility and our first manufacturing plant in Tennessee. Our new Dickson facility will allow us to expand our production and bring more in-demand food products to our store and retail partners across the country,” said Karl Schledwitz, chief executive officer of Monogram Foods, in a statement. “Dickson is a thriving community with a dynamic workforce, and we are proud to call it home for our newest location.”

The company said it intends to hire staff from the former plant to work in the new location.

Monogram Foods’ co-manufactures products including hot dogs, appetizers, and sandwiches for private label and foodservice customers.
