ENGAGE TECHNOLOGIES ACQUIRES NAFM

BROOKLYN PARK, Minnesota, April 1, 2014 – Engage Technologies Corporation, the parent company of Squid Ink Manufacturing, Eastey Enterprises, and Cogent Technologies, today announces the acquisition of NAFM, a leading manufacturer and supplier of shrink sleeve and labeling solutions.


NAFM, headquartered in Corona, California, manufactures and supplies a complete line of shrink sleeve labelers, heat shrink tunnels, full body labels, tamper evident seals and contract labeling and packaging services. NAFM shrink sleeve labeling solutions are used for industries including food and beverage, medical and pharmaceutical, building products, and other manufactured goods. They will continue to operate out of Corona, CA as a wholly owned subsidiary of Engage Technologies Corporation.
