Universal Labeling Systems’ new R321 is a versatile round-product labeling system with a number of features that add to its functionality, including a heavy-duty system framework; 6’ long Delrin chain conveyor and a high-performance SL1500 stepper driven label applicator. The R321 has a 15” long label wrapping station and a label dispense speed of up to 1500 inches per minute. It has a label roll capacity of up to 12"OD and runs web widths up to 6.375” – or 8.125” with wide-label option. The R321 also includes an encoder to link the applicator with a labeling wrapping station, along with applicator control security and password protection.
