This video shows a system that uses 6-axis robots to load syringes into trays safely and efficiently. Solution provider PMI Kyoto Packaging Systems offers it in intermittent- or continuous-motion versions, allowing it to be used in a variety of applications from hand-loading operations to fully automated high-speed cartoning lines. Components include Allen-Bradley controls, Fanuc robots, and a Nordson hot-melt glue system.
