NestFresh Eggs gets packaging refresh
Labels on updated NestFresh egg packaging show free-range hens in the farm's outdoor area.

NestFresh, regarded as one of the most innovative brands and egg suppliers in the nation, has updated its brand packaging on all varieties of NestFresh eggs. The new packaging design will follow suit with the company’s commitment to focus on the heart of the brand: the hens. Just in time for the California SEFS compliance update, this new packaging is hitting shelves now and can be seen wherever NestFresh Brand eggs are sold nationwide. NestFresh hopes that this fresh packaging will communicate the company’s leadership in the movement for increased humane practices of hens across the country.

Previous NestFresh packaging showed the iconic mountains home to Colorado, the company’s birthplace. Several of the new labels showcase photos taken at NestFresh farms across the country, incorporating cage free barns and the natural living conditions the hens enjoy every day. Further, organic labels show the free range hens in the beautiful outdoor area provided on the farm. This not only helps to tell the company’s story, but also establishes NestFresh’s place as an advocate in the movement for animal welfare. According to the company, “With increased product awareness about humane animal treatment and Proposition 2, we’re hoping to communicate our leadership in this movement, and showcase the hens and their environment as the center of our industry.”
