Packages Gone Wrong!
These #PackagingFail examples are why packaging designers need to finally listen to consumers and give them what they’ve been asking for forever.
We get it. You have to secure your product in the package. To prevent pilferage in the store. To keep it from bouncing around in the box from Amazon or whatever online source and getting broken.
But, except for packaging geeks, most people don’t buy packages for the packages. They buy them for the products inside.
And your customer wants your package to be easy to open so they can get to the product quickly and safely (aka scissors free).
Is easy-open at the top of your package design criteria list? It should be. Or disappointment will encourage your customers to go elsewhere, like these dissatisfied shoppers.
